Do you feel you’ve reached a plateau in your personal practice? Does your doctor recommend Yoga to help with particular injury or medical condition? YogaLiz offers private instruction on-line (via Zoom) and in-person to help you tap into a deeper awareness of your body and reach your next level of health and fitness.
1, 1 hour session - $75
5, 1 hour sessions - $300
Private sessions offer the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits including optimizing your health, reducing stress, fine tuning your practice and deepening your connection to your breath. The private class is based entirely on your needs. Liz works with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now, and presents a plan to get you to where you want to be. Private lessons are offered at her office in Escalon or online. If you prefer Liz to come into your home for personal training please inquire about special pricing.
Please note, there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Charges apply for all sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
